The Legacy

For the past several years The Cemetery Corporation has been working to develop additional burial space to meet the increasing need for cremation interment.  

A unique and distinctive design was selected comprised of two concentric circles surrounding the existing cemetery gazebo, laid in granite and separated by an oyster shell walk lined in old brick.  

The newly designed area is named Apostles’ Circle, with the four walks leading to the gazebo named after the Saints - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

Single–14 in. x 14 in. ............................ $ 1,750   
Double–14 in. x 28 in. ............................ $ 2,500   

Stone Markers

The blank granite stone is included in the fees above. A standard inscription has been adopted by Sacred Ground, similar to the illustration. Please contact mclark@sthelenas1712.org for a list of stone engravers. Please note: the cost of the engraving is the responsibility of the family. 

Apostles’ Circle Burials

An elongated, cylindrical cremation urn is placed directly in the ground beneath the stone.
